Without serious before pics, it's hard to tell how much work we did in the garden over the last few weeks. Things were trimmed, pulled, chopped down and yanked out to create the more sparse and more serene garden we have now. Thanks to J's hard work this morning, its now sporting brand new cypress mulch too. What a great change!
This side of the house is nothing to look at, but we carved around the AC unit and added gravel to keep the dirt from splashing up into the coils, and we added the flagstone to start a walkway from the side gate to the back yard. We think we'll need about 20 more bags of gravel to fill in this area, but it will be worth it in the end, as the grass doesn't grow in this area.
